All of our shipments are guaranteed, insured, and have provided tracking information once picked up at our facilities. We have locations that sell used engines near you, however if the engine you need is in another location, we will palletize, and ship your used engine via freight to any commercial or residential address you provide. We have the ablility to do this, because of the thorough inspection process, giving us and you the assurance the used engine you purchased is top quality. Most of our used engines will come with a standard 90 day warranty. Finally, our technicians will start the vehicle and idle to operating temperature. Next step is a visual inspection to look for any major oil leaks, coolant leaks, cracks or damage.
Before removal, inventory, or showing to a potential customer, we do a compression test on all cylinders. We tested it with Auto Local Dimming and X-Tended Dynamic Range on 'High'. is proud of the engine inspection system we have in place here. While it's decent overall, there's a lot left to be desired, and it would benefit from having more zones. You can see it with our test pattern, but it's not as bad with real content. Sadly, it's noticeable when an object transitions between zones, and the zones are a bit slow to turn on and off.
However, subtitles aren't as bad on this TV because it dims small highlights, so there isn't a lot of blooming with those, and scenes like star fields also look good.
It's worse than the Sony X90J in this regard because there's less blooming on that TV, and the blacks look darker. It also affects the uniformity because an entire zone turns on when there's a bright highlight. There's no black crush, but that comes at the cost of raised black levels, and there's intense blooming in our test pattern and real content videos. It performs similarly to the Sony X900H, but because it only has 40 dimming zones on a large 85 inch screen, the zones are large. The Sony X91J TV has a decent full-array local dimming feature.
